摘 要:为了探讨盾构下穿河流地层变形特性及影响规律,文章以粤东水资源优化配置工程二期工程GX08~GX09区间盾构下穿枫江为背景,建立盾构下穿河流有限元模型,分析盾构下穿河流过程中地层变形特性和管片位移变化规律,以及注浆压力和掌子面支护力对地表沉降和管片位移影响规律。研究结果表明:盾构下穿河流前,掘进方向掌子面上方地表竖向位移为沉降变形,最大值4.5 mm;管片随着地层隆起而上浮,注浆后管片上浮量约为27.4 mm。下穿河流过程中,上覆土层厚度减小,地表竖向位移为隆起变形,最大为2.5 mm;管片上浮量显著增加,最大值为31.7 mm。盾构掘进出河流段,管片上浮量减小到24.5 mm。随着注浆压力和掘进压力的增大,盾构隧道正上方地表沉降逐渐减小,而两侧的局部隆起量逐渐增大,管片上浮量增加。建议下穿河流过程中掘进压力控制在0.28~0.30 MPa,注浆压力控制在0.25 MPa左右。In order to explore the deformation characteristics and influence of the stratum when the shield tunnel is crossing the river,the finite element model of the shield tunnel crossing the river is established with the shield tunnel crossing Fengjiang river in the GX08-GX09 section of the second phase of the Guangdong east water resources optimization allocation project as the background.The deformation characteristics of the stratum and the change law of the segment displacement during the shield tunnel crossing the river are analyzed,as well as the influence of grouting pressure and face support force on the surface settlement and segment displacement.The research results show that before the shield tunnel passes through the river,the vertical displacement of the surface above the face in the excavation direction is settlement deformation,with a maximum value of 4.5 mm;the segment floats up with the uplift of the stratum,and the floating amount of the segment after grouting is about 27.4 mm.During the process of crossing the river,the thickness of the overlying soil layer decreases,the vertical displacement of the surface is uplift deformation,with a maximum of 2.5 mm;the floating amount of the segment increases significantly,with a maximum value of 31.7 mm.When the shield tunnel enters and exits the river section,the floating amount of the segment decreases to 24.5 mm.As the grouting pressure and excavation pressure increase,the surface settlement directly above the shield tunnel gradually decreases,while the local uplift on both sides gradually increases,and the floating amount of the pipe segments increases.It is recommended that the excavation pressure be controlled at 0.28-0.30 MPa and the grouting pressure be controlled at around 0.25 MPa during the process of crossing the river.
