摘 要:随着城市地下空间开发不断深入,地下室抗浮问题直接影响建筑安全性与稳定性。文章旨在探讨主动抗浮技术措施的原理与应用,为抗浮设计提供理论依据和实践指导。通过分析排水限压法、泄水降压法和隔水控压法的技术特点,结合具体工程案例,阐述了排水限压法和泄水降压法等抗浮措施在实际项目中的应用实践;详细介绍了抗浮设计思路、设计方案和设计流程;同时提出了抗浮工程维护的相关要求。研究表明:在具备自排水条件的工程中,采用主动抗浮措施可有效降低抗浮水位,利用结构自重及覆土抵抗浮力,兼具经济性与可靠性;同时,需通过定期监测与维护保障系统长效运行,未来可结合物联网技术实现实时预警,进一步提升抗浮工程的安全性。With the continuous development of urban underground space,the issue of basement anti-floating directly affects the safety and stability of buildings.This paper aims to explore the principles and applications of active anti-floating technical measures,providing theoretical and practical guidance for anti-floating design.By analyzing the technical characteristics of water drainage pressure limitation,water relief pressure reduction,and water isolation pressure control methods,combined with specific engineering cases,the practical application of anti-floating measures is elaborated such as water drainage pressure limitation and water relief pressure reduction in actual projects.It introduces in detail the anti-floating design ideas,schemes,and processes,and simultaneously proposes relevant requirements for the maintenance of anti-floating engineering.Research shows that in projects with self-draining conditions,adopting active anti-floating measures can effectively reduce the anti-floating water level,utilizing structural self-weight and overburden soil to resist buoyancy,with both economic and reliable benefits.Meanwhile,regular monitoring and maintenance are required to ensure the long-term operation of the system.In the future,the integration of Internet of Things(IOT)technology can achieve real-time early warning,further enhancing the safety of anti-floating engineering.
