文旅融合赋能乡村振兴的作用机理、 现实梗阻及其纾解路径——基于贵州部分乡村的调研

摘　　要：基于文旅融合赋能乡村振兴的提振功能,学术界探寻了文旅融合赋能乡村振兴的具体模式。文章通过剖析这些模式,发现文旅融合对乡村振兴的赋能作用表现在产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效和生活富裕五个方面。但当前,文旅融合赋能乡村振兴存在着政策顶层设计有待完善,示范引领工作有待加强,人才吸收工作有待推进和创新技术运用有待强化四个方面的现实梗阻,相关部门可以从完善政策顶层设计,加强示范引领工作、推进人才吸收工作和强化创新技术运用四个方面入手,推进文旅融合赋能乡村振兴的未来发展。Based on the boosting function of culture and tourism integration in empowering rural revitalization,scholars have been exploring specific models of rural revitalization empowered by culture and tourism integration.A thorough analysis of these models reveals that the empowering effect of culture and tourism integration on rural revitalization manifests in five aspects:industrial prosperity,ecological livability,civilized rural customs,effective governance,and affluent life.The integration of culture and tourism has been demonstrated to be an effective strategy for promoting rural revitalization.However,there are currently practical obstacles in at least four aspects.To further enhance this process,it is essential to refine policy design at the top level,strengthen the demonstration of leading work,promote talent absorption,and strengthen the use of innovative technology to address the prevailing challenges.The implementation of the aforementioned measures is anticipated to stimulate the future development of culture and tourism integration,thereby empowering rural revitalization.
