农文旅融合背景下艺术赋能乡村振兴路径研究

摘　　要：习近平总书记在清华大学美术学院考察时强调,要把更多艺术元素应用到城乡规划建设中,增强审美韵味、文化品位,更好地服务于人民群众的高品质生活需求。如何将乡村资源通过艺术形式转化为可供开发利用的乡村农文旅融合资本,激发乡村特色产业、主导产业的供求新动能,成为一个值得探讨的课题。文章立足农文旅融合发展背景,进行艺术赋能乡村振兴的重要性分析,从国内成功实践案例出发,总结出艺术乡建引领、艺术产业融合、艺术集群主导三种赋能乡村的艺术创新模式;并针对当前实践中的困境,从生产融合、分配融合、交换融合、消费融合四个方向提出助力艺术赋能乡村振兴的优化策略和实施路径,以期为乡村振兴战略的全面实施提供有益参考和实践启示。During his inspection at the Academy of Arts and Design at Tsinghua University,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the need to apply more artistic elements to urban and rural planning and construction,enhancing aesthetic charm and cultural taste to better serve the people s demands for a high-quality life.Since then,it has emerged as a subject of considerable interest to determine methods for transforming rural resources into capital for agriculture,culture,and tourism integration in rural areas through artistic forms,and to stimulate new supply and demand dynamics in rural characteristic industries and leading industries.This paper,based on the background of integrated development of agriculture,culture,and tourism,analyzes the importance of artistic empowerment for rural revitalization.Starting from successful domestic cases,it summarizes three artistic innovation models for empowering rural areas:artistic rural construction leadership,artistic industry integration,and artistic cluster dominance.In response to the prevailing challenges in practice,it puts forward a series of optimization strategies and implementation pathways for artistic empowerment in rural revitalization.These strategies are categorized into four distinct areas:production integration,distribution integration,exchange integration,and consumption integration.The primary objective of this study is to furnish valuable references and practical insights that will facilitate the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
