利益相关者视角下非遗与旅游融合发展的影响机制研究——以忻州古城为例

摘　　要：研究基于利益相关者视角,系统剖析五大核心利益相关者在非遗与旅游融合发展中所发挥的角色、行为过程及相关关系,同时构建二者融合发展的影响机制矩阵量表,并基于忻州古城问卷样本数据,通过结构方程模型探究融合发展影响机制的内在作用路径及影响关系大小。结果表明:当地政府支持、企业规范经营、非遗传承人引领、社区居民响应及旅游者体验共同构成融合发展的影响机制,各个维度均对该地非遗与旅游融合发展产生显著正向影响,且各个维度之间存在显著相关关系。其中旅游者体验对融合发展影响程度最大,非遗传承人引领影响次之。Based on the stakeholder perspective,the study systematically analyzes the roles,behavioral processes and related relationships played by the five core stakeholders in the integrated development of intangible cultural heritage(ICH)and tourism,and constructs a matrix scale of the influence mechanism of the integrated development of the two.This study utilizes the sample data from the questionnaire of of Xinzhou Ancient City to explore the intrinsic role of the influence mechanism of the integrated development and the magnitude of the influence relationship through the structural equation model.The results show that the influence mechanism of integrated development is constituted by several factors,including local government support,standardized operation of enterprises,leadership of ICH inheritors,response of community residents,and experience of tourists.All these factors have a significant positive impact on the integrated development of ICH and tourism in the place,and there is a significant correlation between the dimensions.Among them,tourist experience has the greatest influence on the integrated development,followed by the influence of the leadership of ICH inheritors.
