摘　　要：构建黄河流域九省经济社会-生态环境-水资源评价指标体系,利用熵权TOPSIS法确定指标权重,运用耦合协调度模型和面板回归模型研究黄河流域九省经济社会-生态环境-水资源的耦合协调发展水平和动力因素。结果表明,黄河流域经济社会-生态环境-水资源各子系统发展水平存在明显的不平衡问题,耦合协调发展整体水平不高,呈现出“下游三省份高、中上游六省份低”的态势;黄河流域耦合协调发展整体水平提升缓慢,经历了由“勉强协调阶段”到“初级协调阶段”的演变过程;黄河流域耦合协调发展动力需要强化,区域创新能力和经济社会发展质量仍需提升,生态环境和水资源保护工作需要加强。This paper constructs the economic and social-ecological environment-water resources evaluation index system of the nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin,uses the entropy right TOPSIS method to determine the index weight,and uses the coupled coordination model and panel regression model to study the coupled coordinated development level and dynamic factors of the economic and social-ecological environment-water resources in the nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin.The results show that the development level of the economic,social,ecological environment and water resources subsystem in the Yellow River basin is obviously unbalanced,and the overall level of coupling and coordinated development is not high,showing the trend of high in three downstream provinces,and the overall level of coupled and coordinated development in the Yellow River basin increases slowly,and the evolution process from“barely coordinated stage”to“primary coordinated development”of the Yellow River basin needs to be strengthened,the regional innovation ability and the quality of economic and social development still need to be improved,and the ecological environment and water resources protection need to be strengthened.
