摘　　要：双招双引与优化宜商环境耦合开展,相互赋能,可以提高经济发展效益,合力为经济高质量发展注入关键要素,实现共赢。完善优化宜商环境机制可以改进现代招引模式和思路,为被招引对象提供最有价值的判断依据。双招双引的成效可最直接地体现一个区域社会经济行政体制及创新发展的生态环境。两者耦合推进服务区域经济发展,从工作效益和效率视角分析具有现实的必要性。研究工作力量整合,探索双招双引与优化宜商环境工作一体化系统性推进,建立耦合推进机制,实现吸引要素与服务要素无缝对接,有利于提升要素快速发挥创新驱动效能。The coupling of double recruitment and double introduction with the optimization of the business-friendly environment and mutual empowerment can improve the amplitude of economic development benefits,and jointly inject key elements into high-quality economic development to achieve win-win results.Improving and optimizing the business-friendly environment mechanism can improve the modern attraction model and ideas,provide the most valuable potential advantage judgment of regional social and economic development,and the most reliable prediction of future development success rate.The effect of“Double Recruitment and Double Introduction”is the most direct embodiment of the social economic administrative system and the innovative developing ecological environment.It is necessary to couple the two to promote the development of service regional economy from the perspective of work effectiveness and efficiency.Research on the integration of work forces,explore the integration of double attraction and optimization of the business environment,establish a coupling mechanism,and achieve seamless docking of attracting elements and service elements,which is conducive to improving the innovation-driven efficiency of factors.
