摘　　要：爱国主义作为全国各族人民团结爱国之心和凝聚爱国共识的强大精神力量,是加强国家和民族凝聚力和向心力的核心纽带,也是国家和民族发展进步的不竭精神动力源泉。当下社会中各种思想文化相互激荡,对爱国主义提出了新的挑战,因此,通过法治来引导和规范爱国价值观及行为尤为必要和迫切。社会治理视域下爱国主义教育法治化为维护和保障国家安全夯实法治根基,为弘扬和践行爱国主义精神提供制度保障,为保障新时代爱国主义教育行稳致远提供法治支撑。社会治理视域下要提升爱国主义教育法治化的实践成效,应增强全体人民爱国主义法治观念,建立健全爱国主义教育法治化协同机制,增进全体人民参与社会治理的践行效力。Patriotism,as a powerful spiritual force of the people of all ethnic groups in China,is the core link to strengthen the cohesion and centripetal force of the country and the nation,and also the inexhaustible source of spiritual motivation for the development and progress of the country and the nation.In the present society,various ideologies and cultures are stirring with each other,which poses new challenges to patriotism.Therefore,it is particularly necessary and urgent to guide and regulate patriotic values and behaviors through the rule of law.From the perspective of social governance, the legal transformation of patriotic education into safeguarding and safeguarding national strengthens the legal foundation, builds institutional guarantee for carrying forward and practicing the spirit of patriotism, and provides legal support for ensuring the stability and long-term development of patriotic education in the new era. From the perspective of social governance, in order to enhance the practical effectiveness of legalization of patriotic education, we should enhance the nationwide concept of patriotism and rule of law, establish and improve the collaborative mechanism of legalization of patriotic education, and enhance the practical effectiveness of nationwide participation in social governance.
