摘　　要：“财产所有的民主制”是罗尔斯正义理论的重要组成部分。随着“后福利国家”时代下社会公平正义问题的凸显,财产所有的民主制的历史与版本、其同正义原则的关系、相关的反驳与辩护及可行性分析成为学界关注的焦点。总体而言,当前国外文献仍将政治自由主义、实质正义、性别平等、经济伦理等英美政治哲学热门议题作为研究的主要切口。相比之下,财产所有的民主制同马克思主义政治哲学的潜在关联则成为激发国内研究兴趣的引线。在这一语境下,立足资本主义的当代发展分析财产所有的民主制设想的生成逻辑,从政治经济学批判的角度审视财产所有的民主制的主要策略,比照社会主义理论和实践对财产所有的民主制的诸种变体予以反思和评价,是未来国内研究的应有之义。Property-owning democracy plays an important role in Rawls's theory of justice.With the growing focus on social justice and equality in the post-welfare state era,there has been a notable shift in academic attention towards the property-owning democracy,including its history and versions,its relationship with the principles of justice,the relevant refutations and defenses,and its feasibility and realization.In general,the current international literature still explores it through the lens of major topics in Anglo-American political philosophy,such as political liberalism,substantive justice,gender equality,and economic ethics.In contrast,the potential link between propertyowning democracy and Marxist political philosophy has been a trigger for domestic academic interest.In this context,it is imperative for the future research to analyze the generating logic of property-owning democracy based on the contemporary development of capitalism,to examine the main strategies of it through the lens of the critique of political economy,and to evaluate the variants of property-owning democracy in relation to socialist theory and practice.
