摘 要:以耐热型水性聚氨酯为成膜剂,代替环氧成膜剂应用于PPS/LGF复合材料。采用熔融共混工艺和熔融浸渍制备了PPS/LGF复合材料,并对复合材料的力学性能和微观复合界面进行研究。结果表明:在玻璃纤维质量分数为30%与40%时,复合材料的拉伸强度分别为128.3 MPa和171.7 MPa;弯曲强度分别为281.1 MPa和301.3 MPa;弯曲弹性模量分别为14.18 GPa和19.48 GPa;缺口冲击强度和无缺口冲击强度分别为13.19 kJ/m^(2),43.59 kJ/m^(2)和16.12 kJ/m^(2),43.97 kJ/m^(2)。聚氨酯成膜剂的PPS/LGF复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量、缺口冲击强度和无缺口冲击强度相较于环氧乳液制备的PPS/LGF复合材料分别提高了21.7%,9.7%,17.1%,9.7%和6.4%。Heat-resistant water-based polyurethane as film-forming agent was studied to replace epoxy film-forming agent in PPS/LGF composite materials.PPS/LGF composites were prepared by melt blending process and melt impregnation,and the mechanical properties and microscopic composite interface of the composites were studied.The results show that when the mass fraction of glass fiber is 30%and 40%,the tensile strength of the composite is 128.3 MPa and 171.7 MPa;The bending strength is 281.1 MPa and 301.3 MPa;The flexural elastic modulus is 14.18 GPa and 19.48 GPa respectively;The notched impact strength and notchless impact strength are 13.19 kJ/m^(2),43.59 kJ/m^(2)and 16.12 kJ/m^(2),43.97 kJ/m^(2) respectively.The tensile strength,flexural strength,flexural modulus of elasticity,notched impact strength and notchless impact strength of PPS/LGF composites made of polyurethane film-forming agent are respectively increased by 21.7%,9.7%,17.1%,9.7%and 6.4%compared with the PPS/LGF composite made of epoxy emulsion.
