不同状态硅烷偶联剂对浸胶纱力学性能的影响

摘  要:为了探究不同状态的硅烷在玻璃纤维增强树脂中所起的增强作用,主要研究了使用4个不同状态的硅烷偶联剂所配制的浸润剂,进行玻璃纤维的生产,以便更好地研究硅烷偶联剂的状态在涂覆到玻璃纤维后,其对浸胶纱力学性能的影响。结果表明:添加硅烷后的浸胶纱性能高于非添加硅烷的浸胶纱性能,在充分水解的情况下其增强幅度约为24.32%,在直接加入情况下,其增强幅度约为12.90%,硅烷在玻璃纤维增强树脂中有较大的增强作用;由于无机材料表面的氢键数量的限制,当硅烷添加量增加到一定比例后,其增强幅度将不再提高。硅烷偶联剂加入到水中即刻开始水解反应,但是增强数据低于完全水解后的产品;水解后的硅烷其增强效果不受外界条件限制,涂覆完成后增强作用已经确定。所以加入有机硅烷可以较好地提高力学性能,而有机硅烷是否水解对浸胶纱力学性能影响较大。In order to explore the reinforcing role of silane in different states in glass fiber reinforced resin,the production of glass fiber using sizing prepared by four different states of silane coupling agent was studied,so as to better study the effect of silane coupling agent on the mechanical properties of impregnated yarn after coating on glass fiber.The results show that the properties of the impregnated yarn after adding silane is higher than that of the impregnated yarn without adding silane,and the enhancement amplitude is about 24.32%under the condition of full hydrolysis,and about 12.90%in the case of direct addition,silane has a greater reinforcing effect in glass fiber reinforced resin.Due to the limitation of the number of hydrogen bonds on the surface of inorganic materials,when the amount of silane added increases to a certain proportion,its reinforcement will no longer increase.The silane coupling agent starts the hydrolysis reaction immediately when it is added to water,but the enhancement data is lower than that of the fully hydrolyzed product;The enhancement effect of the hydrolyzed silane is not restricted by external conditions,and the enhancement effect has been determined after coating.Therefore,the addition of organosilane can improve the mechanical properties,and whether the organosilane is hydrolyzed has a great impact on the mechanical properties of impregnated yarn.
