摘 要:目的了解肿瘤科护士专业生活品质的现状及影响因素,为提升其专业生活品质提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2023年2月至3月6所医院的216名肿瘤科护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、中文版专业生活品质量表、五因素正念度量表和护理工作环境量表对其进行调查。结果肿瘤科护士的专业生活品质中慈心满意、工作倦怠和二次创伤的原始得分分别为(31.91±6.37)分、(27.99±4.59)分和(26.09±7.16)分,处于中等慈心满意、工作倦怠及二次创伤水平的肿瘤科护士分别占75.00%、86.11%和69.91%。五因素正念度量表条目均分为(3.17±0.25)分;护理工作环境量表条目均分为(3.10±0.48)分。多因素线性回归分析结果显示,五因素正念度、护理工作环境和工作年限为慈心满意的主要影响因素(P<0.05),与职称和夜班频率共预测33.47%慈心满意得分的变化;五因素正念度和夜班频率为工作倦怠的主要影响因素(P<0.05),与护理工作环境、职称和工作年限共预测25.53%工作倦怠得分的变化;五因素正念度与护理工作环境为二次创伤的主要影响因素(P<0.05),与职称、工作年限和夜班频率共预测17.58%二次创伤得分的变化。结论肿瘤科护士的专业生活品质处于中等水平,与五因素正念度、护理工作环境等多种因素相关。Objective To assess the current state and determinants of professional quality of life among oncology nurses,providing insights for interventions to enhance their well-being.Methods A convenience sample of 216 oncology nurses from six hospitals was surveyed between February and March 2023 using a general information questionnaire,the Chinese version of Professional Quality of Life,the Five-Factor Mindfulness Questionnaire,and the Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index.Results The mean scores for compassion satisfaction,burnout,and secondary traumatic stress were 31.91±6.37,27.99±4.59,and 26.09±7.16,respectively.The majority of oncology nurses reported moderate levels of compassion satisfaction(75.00%),burnout(86.11%),and secondary traumatic stress(69.91%).The mean score for Five-Factor Mindfulness Questionnaire was 3.17±0.25,and the mean score for Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index was 3.10±0.48.Multivariate linear regression analysis identified five-factor mindfulness,nursing work environment,and years of word experience as significant predictors of compassion satisfaction(P<0.05),explaining 33.47%of its variance together with professional title and might shift frequency.Five-factor mindfulness and night shift frequency were significant predictors of burnout(P<0.05),accounting for 25.53%of its variance,along with work environment,professional title,and years of work experience.Five-factor mindfulness and nursing work environment were significant predictors of secondary traumatic stress(P<0.05),explaining 17.58%of its variance,in conjunction with professional title,years of experience,and night shift frequency.Conclusion Oncology nurses exhibit a moderate level of professional quality of life,influenced by factors such as mindfulness and work environment,and so on.
