神经源性膀胱患者间歇导尿依从性量表的汉化及信效度评价

摘　　要：目的汉化间歇导尿依从性自评量表,并评价其在神经源性膀胱患者中的信度和效度。方法本研究遵循改良版Brislin量表翻译模型对原量表进行跨文化调试,主要步骤包括量表翻译、文化调适、专家咨询和预调查,最终形成中文版神经源性膀胱患者间歇导尿依从性量表。本研究采用便利抽样法,选取2023年1月至12月在浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院康复科就诊的110例神经源性膀胱且需要间歇导尿治疗的患者进行量表调查,评价中文版神经源性膀胱患者间歇导尿依从性量表的信效度。结果中文版神经源性膀胱患者间歇导尿依从性量表共8个条目。探索性因子分析提取出2个公因子,累计方差贡献率为56.873%。总量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.807,各因子的Cronbach'sα系数为0.756~0.822。总量表的重测信度为0.812,各因子重测信度为0.780~0.827。量表各条目水平的内容效度指数为0.830~1.000,量表总体的内容效度指数为0.97。结论中文版神经源性膀胱患者间歇导尿依从性量表具有良好的信效度,可为临床医护人员提供评估神经源性膀胱患者间歇导尿依从性的有效工具。Objective To translate the Intermittent Catheterization Adherence Scale into Chinese and evaluate its reliability and validity in patients with neurogenic bladder.Methods This study followed the modified Brislin questionnaire translation model for cross-cultural adaptation of the original scale.The main steps included questionnaire translation,cultural adaptation,expert consultation,and a preliminary survey,ultimately forming the Chinese version of Intermittent Catheterization Adherence Scale for Neurogenic Bladder Patients.Convenience sampling was used to select 110 patients with neurogenic bladder who required intermittent catheterization and were treated at the Rehabilitation Department of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine,from January to December 2023.The reliability and validity of the Intermittent Catheterization Adherence Scale for Neurogenic Bladder Patients of the questionnaire were evaluated.Results The Chinese version of Intermittent Catheterization Adherence Scale for Neurogenic Bladder Patients consisted of 8 items.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 2 common factors,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 56.873%.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient for the total questionnaire was 0.807,and the Cronbach'sαcoefficients for each factor ranged from 0.756 to 0.822.The test-retest reliability of the total questionnaire was 0.812,and the test-retest reliability of each factor ranged from 0.780 to 0.827.The content validity index for each item ranged from 0.830 to 1.000,and the overall content validity index of the questionnaire was 0.97.Conclusion The Chinese version of Intermittent Catheterization Adherence Scale for Neurogenic Bladder Patients has good reliability and validity,providing an effective tool for clinical healthcare professionals to assess the adherence to intermittent catheterization in patients with neurogenic bladder.
