摘　　要：随着社会的发展,人们户外作业的工作量逐渐增加,特别是随着各种新式户外作业机械的使用,因意外导致的复杂脊柱创伤偶有出现。其中严重腰椎骨折并完全脱位的病例少见,现对1例不慎掉入搅拌机内导致L_(1~2)椎体完全性脱位并骨折的病例进行报道。Objective To present a severe spinal injury caused by complex mechanical trauma,aiming to provide valuable insights for the management of similar cases.Methods We presented a case of complex spinal injury resulting from an accident involving a mixer,including detailed clinical manifestations,preoperative and postoperative imaging data,in order to summarize the clinical experience.Results Following emergency surgery,the patient's vital signs remained stable.Successful vertebral realignment was achieved,and the surgical objectives were met.Conclusions Traumatic lumbar fracture with complete dislocation is rare.The appropriate treatment plan and operation timing should be selected according to the specific situation,and the stability of the spine should be restored as much as possible during the operation.
