摘 要:牡丹江地震监测中心站改革后,积极推进业务领域从地震监测预报向地震灾害防治、应急响应、公共服务等领域拓展,实现业务全面转型升级。然而,目前中心站各类资料管理混乱,数据填报、科研会商及应急跟踪工作中资料梳理汇总耗时费力,而且准确度不高;现有的全生命周期系统所提供的资料对中心站工作需求针对性不足,且无法突出每个中心站的特色。为满足中心站改革后的业务需求,提升工作质量与效率,结合中心站实际工作内容,按照辖区台站信息、仪器信息、地震信息、运行维护、资产管理和辖区特色进行资料整理,并基于Visual Basic 6.0开发出了一套快速检索软件,可实现日常及震后资料的高效提取。After the reform of the Mudanjiang Earthquake Monitoring Center Station,it has actively promoted the expansion of the business from earthquake monitoring and prediction to fields such as earthquake disaster prevention and control,emergency response,and public services,achieving a comprehensive transformation and upgrading of its operations.However,at present,various types of data at the central station is chaotic.The collation and summarization of data for tasks such as data reporting,scientific research consultations,and emergency tracking work are time-consuming and laborious,and the accuracy is not high.The materials provided by the current full-life cycle system are not targeted enough for the work needs of the central station,and they cannot highlight the characteristics of each central station.In order to meet the business needs of the central station after the reform,and improve the work quality and efficiency of the central station,combined with the actual work content and needs of the central station,materials are sorted out according to the information of stations within the jurisdiction,instrument information,earthquake information,operation and maintenance,asset management,and the characteristics of the jurisdiction.Moreover,a software for fast retrievalis developed based on VB6.0,which enables efficient extraction of data for both routine operations and post-earthquake scenarios.
