摘  要:某海上油田群平台至今服役多年,海水飞溅区和潮差区钢结构防腐涂层存在老化、破损及脱落现象,失去防护作用,导致钢结构腐蚀速率升高,并影响设计服役使用年限。海上油田群平台处于恶劣的海洋环境中,受海洋高湿度、高盐分的易腐蚀环境及浪花、冬季冰期冲击影响,腐蚀问题不容小觑。对位于飞溅区和潮差区的导管架、沉箱、隔水套管、靠船件等钢结构的腐蚀治理方案和措施进行了对比分析,阐述了几种方案在提高平台安全性和寿命方面的重要作用。The platform of a certain oilfield group has been in service for many years.The anti-corrosion coating on the steel structure in the seawater splashing area and tidal range area has aged,been damaged,and peeled off,losing its protective effect,resulting in an increase in the corrosion rate of the steel structure and affecting the design service life.The offshore oil field group platform is located in a harsh marine environment,which is susceptible to high humidity,high salinity,and corrosive environments,as well as the impact of waves and winter ice ages.Corrosion problems should not be underestimated.A comparative analysis was conducted on the corrosion control schemes and measures for steel structures such as pipeline racks,caissons,waterproof casings,and berthing components located in splash and tidal zones,and the important roles of several schemes in improving platform safety and service life were elaborated.
