摘 要:随着中国海油“碳达峰碳中和”行动方案的实施及渤海油田群岸电的接入,海上平台高耗能系统的节能控制改造尤为关键。以海上石油平台电伴热系统为例,结合海上平台电伴热系统节能发展现状,在阐述海上平台伴热系统结构、运行方式、控制策略的基础上,提出采用脉宽调制(PWM)控制伴热系统功率的节能设计方案,并对该方案在海上平台试用的节能效果及经济性进行了分析,肯定了其可观的经济社会效益。With the implementation of CNOOC’s“peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality”action plan and the shore power connection of Bohai oilfield groups,the energy-saving control transformation of high-energy-consuming systems on offshore platforms is particularly crucial.Taking the electric heat tracing system on offshore oil platforms as an example,this paper provides an overview of the current status of energy-saving development of electric heat tracing systems on offshore platforms.The structure,operation mode,and control strategy of the current heat tracing system on offshore platforms are elaborated.An energy-saving design scheme of heat tracing system power controlled by thyristor is proposed.The energy-saving effect and economy of this scheme during its trial on offshore platforms are analyzed,affirming its considerable social and economic benefits.
