摘  要:某型航空辅助动力装置在东北地区冬季使用过程中频繁出现因起动供油管内结冰而导致启动失败的问题。分析原因为:直升机下气洗流强制冷却,增压后空气中水蒸气分压升高,并掺混少量燃气,水蒸气在供油管内壁冷凝并结冰。当环境温度较低时,起动供油管中的冷凝水主要来自掺混燃气,结冰与湿度关系不大。温度越高,起动供油管的水蒸气比例越高,湿度的影响越大。由于无法对起动供油管完全隔热,增加保温套虽可降低结冰频率,但其中仍可能出现冷凝水。最终通过使用起动燃油排泄电磁阀替代起动清洁活门,有效解决了起动供油管结冰问题。During winter in Northeast China,a certain aviation auxiliary power unit frequently fails to start up due to freezing in the start-up oil supply pipe.The analysis shows that the reasons are forced cooling of the helicopter down-wash stream,the partial pressure rise of water vapor in the air after pressurization and a small amount of mixed gas.Water vapor condenses and freezes on the inner wall of the oil supply pipe.When the ambient temperature is low,the condensed water in the start-up oil supply pipe mainly comes from the mixed gas,and the freezing is not closely related to the environmental humidity.The higher the ambient temperature,the higher the proportion of water vapor in the ambient atmosphere in the condensate water of the start-up oil supply pipe,and the greater the impact of humidity.Due to the inability to completely insulate the start-up oil supply pipe,adding insulation sleeves can reduce the frequency of freezing,but the condensed water may still occur.By using a start-up oil drain solenoid valve instead of a start-up cleaning valve,the problem of freezing in the start-up oil supply pipe was solved.
