摘　　要：海洋油气资源的安全运输依赖于海管的稳定性和抗损伤性能。针对现有海管配重工艺装备面临的技术垄断问题,介绍海管配重钢丝网缠绕单元国产化创新及应用项目。通过技术创新,实现了生产线关键设备的国产化改造,提高了生产效率和产品质量,为国内相关企业提供了技术支持。The safe transportation of offshore oil and gas resources relies on the stability and damage resistance of marine pipelines.This paper addresses the issue of technological monopoly in the current marine pipeline weighting process by introducing the project“Localization Innovation and Application of Marine Pipeline Weighting Steel Wire Mesh Wrapping Unit.”Through technological innovation,the localization transformation of key equipment on the production line has been achieved,improving production efficiency and product quality,and providing technical support for domestic enterprises in the field.
