摘　　要：通过对天津市26家科普场馆进行的问卷调查,评估科普场馆的科普人才队伍建设发展现状及存在的问题,结合我市科普人才发展需求,探索切合实际的人才培养模式,提出6个方面的对策建议:创新培养机制,分级分类培育;多管齐下,拓宽成长路径;强化人才库建设,培育顶尖专才;融合智能科技,激发科普人才创造力;建立多元化的激励机制和科普人才评价制度。Through the questionnaire survey of 26 science popularization venues in Tianjin,the present situation and problems of the construction and development of science popularization talents in science popularization venues are evaluated.Combined with the development needs of science popularization talents in Tianjin,the paper explores the practical training mode of talents,and puts forward six countermeasures and suggestions:innovating the training mechanism and constructing a hierarchical and classified training system;taking multiple measures to open up diversified development channels;strengthening the construction of the talent pool and cultivating high-level talents;integrating intelligent technology to stimulate the creativity of science popularization talents;establishing a diversified incentive mechanism and an evaluation system for science popularization talents.
