西部某市农村生活垃圾治理设施现状及提升对策研究

摘　　要：治理生活垃圾是提升农村人居环境质量、助力乡村振兴的重要举措,农村生活垃圾收集、运输、处理全流程治理基础设施建设及运行存在不少短板。西部某市农村生活垃圾人均日产生量约0.61 kg,在实地调研的基础上,分析存在的问题和短板,系统研究农村生活垃圾治理基础设施状况,从城乡生活垃圾收运一体化建设、引入社会资本优化农村生活垃圾治理基础设施建设和运营模式、加大资金投入提升基础设施运营效能等方面提出对策建议,助推人居环境整治工作取得实效,改善农村人居环境。The management of rural domestic waste is an important measure to improve the quality of rural living environment and promote rural revitalization.There are many shortcomings in the construction and operation of infrastructure for the entire process management of rural domestic waste collection,transportation,and treatment.The per-capita daily production of rural domestic waste in a western city is about 0.61 kg per day.Through on-site verification,a systematic study is conducted on the infrastructure status of rural domestic waste management,and the existing problems and shortcomings are comprehensively analyzed.Countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the aspects of integrating urban and rural domestic waste collection and transportation,introducing social capital to optimize the construction and operation mode of rural domestic waste management infrastructure,increasing capital investment to improve infrastructure operation efficiency,etc.,to promote the effective improvement of living environment and improve the rural living environment.
