受众选择性理论视域下高校知识产权信息服务现状探讨——以C9高校图书馆微信公众号为例

摘  要:高校图书馆作为我国知识产权公共服务的重要网点机构,在知识产权信息服务中发挥着重要作用。以九校(C9)联盟微信公众号平台为研究对象,从受众选择性理论出发,系统分析其知识产权相关推文的整体情况、系列推文情况、内容多样性、互动性和内容关联策略,并指出存在的问题和不足。基于调研结果,从受众接触信息、理解信息、记忆信息3个层面提出应用策略,旨在提升高校图书馆知识产权信息服务水平。University libraries,as critical public service points for intellectual property in China,play an important role in intellectual property information services.Taking the nine universities(C9)alliance WeChat official account as the subject of research,starting from the audience selectivity theory,this paper systematically analyzes the overall situation of its intellectual property tweets,series of tweets,content diversity,interactivity,and content linkage strategies,and points out existing issues and shortcomings.Based on the research results,the application strategies are proposed from three aspects:selective attention,selective perception and selective retention,aiming to improve the effectiveness of intellectual property information services in university libraries.
