摘　　要：新时代大学生与时代同行,是随着互联网发展成长起来的一代,也是网络文明建设的生力军和重要推动力量。强化大学生网络文明素养关乎网络空间命运共同体构建、网络强国建设、网络思想政治教育等,在深刻认识大学生网络文明素养培育的现实意义和所处困境的基础上,高校探索自我内化和外在教化联动的网络文明素养培育路径,促进大学生网络文明素养有效提升,构建风清气正的网络空间,推进新时代网络文明建设。Young college students in the new era,along with the times,are a generation that has grown up with the development of the Internet,and are also a new force and an important driving force for the construction of network civilization.Strengthening college students’network literacy is related to the construction of a community with a shared future in cyberspace,the construction of a cyber power,and online ideological and political education.On the basis of a deep understanding of the practical significance and predicament of the cultivation of college students’network civilization literacy,exploring the cultivation path of self-internalization and external education is of great significance for promoting the effective improvement of college students’network civilization literacy,the construction of a clean and upright network space and the construction of network civilization in the new era.
