摘 要:通过对磷精矿与硫酸反应产生的废渣经三道水洗后皮带运输至磷石膏堆场的磷石膏渣进行硫酸硝酸浸出试验,分析堆放时间对浸出液中无机氟化物质量浓度的影响。结果表明,存放60 d后的磷石膏渣酸浸出质量浓度小于100 mg·L^(-1),磷石膏渣中无机氟化物含量减少的主要原因是磷石膏渣本身水分滤出和雨水洗滤去除所致。Sulfuric acid and nitric acid leaching test was carried out on phosphogypsum residue produced by the reaction of phosphogypsum concentrate with sulfuric acid,which was transported to phosphogypsum storage yard by belt after three washes,and the influence of stacking time on the concentration of inorganic fluoride in the leaching solution was analyzed.The results showed that the acid leaching concentration of phosphogypsum residue after stacking for 60 days was less than 100 mg·L^(-1).The main reason for the decrease of inorganic fluoride content in phosphogypsum slag is the water filtration from phosphogypsum slag itself and the removal of rainwater.
