强砂化白云岩地层隧道水平旋喷桩应用分析

摘  要:针对梁王山特长隧道下穿富水强砂化白云岩地层所发生的涌水突泥灾害处治难题,在理论分析、数值模拟的基础上,采用水平旋喷桩预加固技术封堵溃口、改良地层。结果表明:在不采取超前地层预加固的前提下,洞周地层无自稳能力,坍塌规模将持续加大;水平旋喷桩在强砂化白云岩地层具有良好的适应性,成桩直径、桩体连续性、桩身强度均有保证;水平旋喷桩对涌水突泥的溃口封堵、变形控制效果显著,可将初期支护的拱顶沉降、水平收敛值降低62.04%、71.23%。To solve the problem of water inrush and mud outburst damage in the Liangwangshan Extra-long Tunnel passing through a water-rich and strongly sandy dolomite tunnel,this paper uses horizontal rotary jet grouting pile technology to seal the burst and improve the geological formation,based on theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The results show that:(1)without taking advanced geological reinforcement measures,the roof strata have no self stabilization ability,and the scale of collapse inside the tunnel will continue to increase;(2)The advanced horizontal rotary jet grouting pile has good adaptability in disturbed strongly sandy dolomite formations,with guaranteed pile diameter and strength;(3)The horizontal rotary jet grouting pile has a significant effect on sealing the breach and controlling tunnel deformation,reducing the vault settlement and horizontal convergence of the initial support by 62.04%and 71.23%,respectively.
