摘  要:大跨连续刚构拱桥具有安全性高、造型优美以及能有效克服传统连续刚构桥存在的跨中下挠等优点,但同时该类桥梁施工时结构受力复杂,施工质量、线形难以控制,对施工工艺有着更高的要求。以跨胭脂河特大桥为例,对连续主梁悬浇、拱肋支架拼装、吊杆安装与张拉等主要关键施工工艺进行详细的阐述,并分析桥梁施工中需关注的主梁及拱肋线形控制,以确保桥梁施工能满足设计要求,为后期连续刚构拱桥的施工和质量控制提供了指导作用。同时,针对该类桥型特点和技术难度,提出科研研究方向,努力为铁路桥梁技术创新提供新思路。Long-span continuous rigid frame arch bridges have the advantages of high safety,aesthetically pleasing design,and the ability to effectively overcome the traditional continuous rigid frame bridge in the middle of the span flexure.However,the structure of this kind of bridge is complicated during construction,and the construction quality and alignment control challenging,which has higher requirements for construction technologies.Taking the large bridge across the Yanzhi River as an example,this paper elaborates the key construction technologies such as continuous main beam suspension,arch rib support assembly,boom installation and tension.The Alignment control of main beam and arch rib in bridge construction is analyzed to ensure that bridge construction meets the design requirements,which can provide guidance for the construction and quality control of continuous rigid frame arch bridge in the later stage.Additionally,according to the characteristics and technical difficulty of this bridge type,the research directions are proposed,and strive to provide new ideas for technological innovation of railway bridge.
