摘 要:目前,桥梁装配式建造已成为主流,提高预制构件的安装精度和施工效率成为工程质量控制的关键。以土门一号大桥建设项目为依托,对公路预制装配式桥墩施工安装技术进行详细研究,探讨预制装配式桥墩的钢筋笼制作、模板设计以及精确安装技术流程问题。研究结果表明,采用这些技术能够显著提高预制构件的安装精度和施工效率,确保装配式桥梁预制构件连接处的稳定可靠,具有较好的经济和社会效益。Currently,prefabricated construction of bridges has become mainstream,and improving the installation accuracy and construction efficiency of prefabricated components has become a key factor in engineering quality control.Based on the construction project of the Tumen No.1 Bridge,,the construction and installation technology of highway prefabricated bridge piers has been studied in detail,and the steel cage production,template design,and precise installation technology process of prefabricated prefabricated bridge piers have been discussed.The research results show that the adoption of these technologies can significantly improve the installation accuracy and construction efficiency of prefabricated components,ensure the stability and reliability of the prefabricated component connections of prefabricated bridges,and have good economic and social benefits.
