摘  要:北京地铁7号线小马庄站~高楼金站盾构区间隧道面临着进出洞困难、不良地质、下穿道路及管线等难点情况,项目采用三重管旋喷桩加固洞端土体,并通过井点降水降低地下水位,减少盾构始发和接收风险;通过渣土改良和掘进参数调整,降低地质风险;通过控制出土量保持开挖面平衡,保证地面道路和地下管线安全,为同类工程提供参考。The construction of the tunnel between Xiaomazhuang Station and Gaoloujin Station of Beijing Metro Line 7 encounters three main difficulties which are difficult shield starting and arriving,adverse geological stratum and underpassing existing roads and pipelines.To reduce the risk of shield starting and arriving,triple-tube jet grouting piles are used to reinforce initiation portal stratum and groundwater level is lowered by well point dewatering method.Soils are conditioned with foam and bentonite slurry,parameters are adjusted to reduce the risk caused by adverse geological stratum.The excavation face balance is maintained by controlling the amount of field excavation to keep the safe of road and pipelines.This provides a reference for similar projects.
