摘 要:当前我国畜牧产业正处在提质增效、严格落实“禁抗”要求的新阶段,开发绿色、安全和高效的新型饲料添加剂迫在眉睫。酵母培养物(Yeast Cultures,YC)是以酵母为菌种,经固体发酵后,浓缩、干燥获得的产品,YC富含蛋白质、维生素、寡糖等多种营养物质,同时还有丰富的消化酶和芳香类物质,具有良好的适口性和促生长作用。此外,YC具有多种生物活性,可改善奶牛瘤胃和肠道内环境,提高奶牛生产性能,改善奶牛机体免疫力,具有替抗潜质。综述YC对奶牛的益生机制及应用现状,旨在为酵母培养物在奶牛生产中的进一步应用提供参考。At present,China’s livestock industry is in a new stage of improving quality and efficiency while strictly implementing the“antibiotic-free”requirements.The development of green,safe,and efficient new feed additives is crucial to this endeavor.Yeast Cultures(YC)are products obtained from yeast strains through solid-state fermentation,followed by concentration and drying.They are rich in various nutrients such as proteins,vitamins,and oligosaccharides,as well as digestive enzymes and aromatic substances,exhibiting good palatability and growth-promoting effects.Furthermore,YC possess multiple biological activities that can improve the rumen and intestinal environment,enhance production performance,and boost immune function of cows,showing potential as antibiotic alternatives.This review summarizes the probiotic mechanisms and current application of YC in cows,aiming to provide references for further applications of YC in cow production.
