摘  要:光电容积脉搏波(PPG)技术易受到运动伪差干扰。为了获取更加准确的RR间期,提取心率变异性,提出一种结合自适应滤波器和变分模态分解的运动状态下PPG信号去噪方法。首先,利用加速度信号作为NLMS自适应滤波的参考信号,以滤除运动伪差。其次,通过霜冰算法(RIME)确定变分模态分解(VMD)的最佳参数[k,α]。最后,将PPG信号分解成一系列固有模态分量(IMF),并根据分量的相关系数进行信号重构,以去除高频噪声和基线漂移。实验结果显示,在4种不同运动状态下,降噪后的PPG信号提取出的PP间期与基于心电信号(ECG)的标准RR间期相比,平均绝对误差均值为0.034 s,平均相对误差均值百分比为4.95%。表明该方法能够在运动状态下提取出较为准确RR间期,有利于在日常环境中进行连续的健康监测。The photoplethysmography(PPG)technology is susceptible to motion artifact interference.In order to obtain more accurate RR in‐tervals and extract heart rate variability,a motion state PPG signal denoising method combining adaptive filters and variational mode decompo‐sition is proposed.This method first uses the acceleration signal as the reference signal for NLMS adaptive filtering to filter out motion artifacts.Secondly,the optimal parameters[k,α]for Variational Mode Decomposition(VMD)are determined using the Frost Ice Algorithm(RIME).Finally,the PPG signal is decomposed into a series of intrinsic mode components(IMF),and signal reconstruction is performed based on the correlation coefficients of the components to remove high-frequency noise and baseline drift.The experimental results showed that under four different motion states,the average absolute error mean of the PP interval extracted from the denoised PPG signal compared to the standard RR interval based on electrocardiogram(ECG)signal was 0.034 s,and the average relative error mean percentage was 4.95%.This indicates that the method can extract relatively accurate RR intervals during exercise,which is beneficial for continuous health monitoring in daily environ‐ments.
