中医美容综合疗法改善面部皱纹的临床研究

摘　　要：研究了中医美容综合疗法改善面部皱纹的疗效.选取门诊40位面部除皱求美者,采用面部微针+体针、面部按摩和中药面膜治疗,每周2次、10次为1疗程,分别在治疗前、治疗5次后、治疗10次后进行拍照、评分、医患共同评估面部皱纹改善情况,进行治疗前、后对比分析.结果表明,治疗前、治疗5次后、治疗10次后,求美者皱纹长宽深评分、手触感评分、皱纹数量评分及求美者满意度评分差别有显著性,即治疗后求美者皱纹有不同程度的改善.说明中医美容综合疗法能够改善面部皱纹,相比其他医美手段,该法具有整体性、持续性、安全性、低廉性、全面性及可重复性的特点.The efficacy of an integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)cosmetology therapy in improving facial wrinkles was studied.Forty participants seeking facial wrinkle reduction were enrolled and treated with a combination of facial microneedling,body acupuncture,facial massage,and herbal masks.The treatment was administered twice weekly,with 10 sessions constituting one course.Photographic documentation,wrinkle assessment scores,and patient satisfaction evaluations were conducted before treatment,after 5 sessions,and after 10 sessions.The results demonstrated significant improvements in wrinkles,hand touch score,and overall wrinkle count,as well as high patient satisfaction scores.Comparative analysis revealed statistically significant differences between pre-treatment and post-treatment assessments,indicating varying degrees of wrinkle improvement.The integrated TCM cosmetology therapy demonstrated notable efficacy in reducing facial wrinkles,with advantages such as holistic effects,sustainability,safety,cost-effectiveness,comprehensiveness,and repeatability compared to other medical cosmetology methods.
