摘 要:通过高能球磨工艺制备微细铜粉,研究球磨时间对微细铜粉粒度分布和粉体形貌的影响。结果表明,球磨时间低于20 h,随着球磨时间的增加,铜粉粒径分布指标(D_(30)、D_(50)和D_(90))持续下降,铜粉团聚不明显。球磨时间超过20 h后,随着球磨时间的增加,铜粉团聚明显,球磨铜粉均匀性降低。当球磨时间设定为20 h,球磨铜粉粒度分布、物相组成和外观形貌最佳,此时,球磨铜粉均匀性提高,粉体表面相对平整,粒径分布跨度达到最小值(D_(δ)=1.723),比表面积为0.796 m^(2)·g^(-1),中位径(D_(50))为9.97μm。The effect of ball milling time on the particle size distribution and powder morphology of the fine copper powders prepared by high energy ball milling was studied in this paper.The results show that,when the ball milling time is less than 20 h,the particle size distribution index(D30,D50,and D90)of the copper powders declines with the increase of ball milling time,and the agglomeration of copper powders is not obvious.After the ball milling time exceeds 20 h,with the increase of milling time,the agglomeration of copper powders is obvious,and the uniformity of copper powders is decreased.When the milling time is 20 h,the particle size distribution,phase composition,and powder morphology of the copper powders show the best.At this time,the uniformity of copper powders is improved,the powder surface is relatively flat,the particle size distribution distance reaches the minimum value(D_(δ)=1.723),the specific surface area is 0.796 m^(2)·g^(‒1),and the median diameter(D50)is 9.97μm.
