数字金融对劳动力价格扭曲的影响

摘　　要：缓解劳动力价格扭曲对于我国从人口数量红利向人口质量红利转型至关重要。使用2011—2020年的中国城市面板数据,分析数字金融对劳动力价格扭曲的影响。研究发现:数字金融能显著缓解劳动力价格扭曲;在东部沿海地区、数字金融发展水平较高的地区及劳动力价格扭曲程度较严重的地区,数字金融对劳动力价格扭曲的缓解效应更强;数字金融通过促进创新创业和提升劳动力的工资谈判能力来缓解劳动力价格扭曲;数字金融对劳动力价格扭曲的缓解作用具有空间效应,能够外溢到其他地区。基于此,提出推动数字金融发展、增强数字金融对劳动力价格扭曲的缓解效应、发挥数字金融的创新创业效应等对策建议。Reducing the distortion of labor prices will help China’s transition from a demographic dividend country to a demographic quality dividend country.Using China’s urban panel data from 2011 to 2020,this paper analyzes the impact of digital finance on labor price distortion.The main conclusions are as follows:digital finance has significantly alleviated labor price distortions;the alleviation effect of labor price distortion in digital finance is stronger in the eastern coastal areas,areas with higher levels of digital finance development,and areas with higher levels of labor price distortion;the mechanism by which digital finance alleviates labor price distortions is to promote innovation and entrepreneurship and enhance the bargaining power of labor wages;the mitigating effect of digital finance on labor price distortions can spill over to other regions.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from promoting the development of digital finance,enhancing the labor price distortion alleviation effect of digital finance,and leveraging the innovation and entrepreneurship effect of digital finance.
