摘 要:在建设科技创新中心过程中,城市创新条件优化能否提升创新能级面临诸多不确定性。基于TOE框架和组态视角,采用模糊集定性比较分析法(fsQCA),探究城市提升创新能级的多种前因组合。研究表明,福建省创新网络呈现显著的“核心-边缘”结构,福州市、厦门市呈现科技创新中心态势,科技创新中心形成存在多元要素均衡驱动型和关键要素协同驱动型2条路径。所以,福建各地建设科技创新中心应关注城市创新条件的匹配联动效益,因地制宜地以“筑巢引凤”策略实现创新能级跃迁,从整体上考量创新条件强弱因素的最优组合。During the process of building science and technology innovation centers,whether optimizing urban innova-tion conditions can enhance innovation capacity faces significant uncertainties.Therefore,based on the TOE framework and a configurational perspective,this paper employs fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)to explore antecedent combinations that enhance urban innovation.It is found that the innovation network in Fujian Province exhibits a distinct"core-periphery"structure,with Fuzhou and Xiamen emerging as key sci-tech innovation hubs.The formation of these inno-vation centers follows two primary pathways:a balanced multi-factor drive and a key-factor synergy drive.Therefore,it is sug-gested that cities in Fujian should focus on aligning and linking urban innovation conditions,adopting a"building nests to at-tract phoenixes"strategy tailored to local contexts to achieve innovation leapfrogging and assessing the optimal combination of strong and weak innovation factors to maximize overall impact.
