摘　　要：深入剖析社会工作在深度嵌入社区治理过程中面临的社区资源配置与社会工作需求的错配、社会工作专业人才培养与使用的挑战、社会工作与其他社区治理主体协作的障碍、制度设计与社会工作实践的脱节等现实困境,提出要从资源整合、人才培养、多方合作、制度创新等四个方面入手,着力推动社会工作深度嵌入社区治理。This article provides an overview of the current state of the deep integration of social work into community governance.It thoroughly analyzes several challenges faced by social work in this process,including the mismatch between community resource allocation and the needs of social work,difficulties in cultivating and utilizing social work professionals,obstacles to collaboration between social work and other community governance entities,and the disconnect between institutional design and social work practice.The article proposes solutions focused on four key areas:resource integration,talent development,multi-party cooperation,and institutional innovation,with the aim of promoting the deeper integration of social work into community governance.
