乡村振兴视角下农民工返乡创业就业的动因、困境及出路——以广东省为例

摘  要:实施乡村振兴战略是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重要抉择,乡村振兴战略的实现离不开人力资本的支撑。返乡农民工在大中城市积累一定的资本、工作经验和各项技能之后,再回流到户籍所在地,在回乡创业或就业的过程中会给当地的技术改进和经济发展带来有利影响,然而受主客观因素的制约,广东省返乡农民工数量和质量还有待提升。从经济学角度对农民工返乡行为的动因进行分析,探究返乡农民工在参与乡村振兴工作的过程中存在的问题与困境,尝试建立一套顺应时代需求的返乡农民工创业就业培训系统。Implementing the rural revitalization strategy is a crucial step in building a socialist modernized country.The success of this strategy heavily relies on human capital.Migrant workers who return to their hometowns after gaining capital,work experience,and various skills in large and medium-sized cities can positively impact local technological advancement and economic growth.However,this process is hindered by both subjective and objective factors.The quantity and quality of returning migrant workers in Guangdong Province still require improvement.This article analyzes the behavior of migrant workers returning home from an economic perspective,explores the challenges they face in contributing to rural revitalization,and proposes the establishment of a training system to address the needs of returning workers.
