摘  要:以海洋工程管路安装铺设为背景,基于空间梁单元有限元理论,开发了一款海管吊装静力分析软件,用以计算膨胀弯和整体立管等海管的力学性质。通过有限元理论建立海管和吊绳的静力学模型,应用Micro⁃soft Visual Studio平台及C++程序语言完成主体程序的编写,利用Qt应用程序框架实现软件界面的可视化。算例表明,该软件与海工有限元软件OrcaFlex的计算结果相比误差很小,求得管道的最大von Mises应力和应变误差均在4%以内,验证了软件的准确性和可靠性。此外,计算在10 s内即可完成,可大大降低时间成本。该软件对海管安装铺设的部分场景有一定的指导作用。Against the installation and laying of offshore engineering pipelines,a static analysis software for off⁃shore pipe hoisting was developed to calculate the mechanical properties of irregular offshore pipelines based on the finite element theory of space beam element.Specifically,the static model of offshore pipelines and slings was established by the finite element theory,the main program was written by Microsoft Visual Studio platform and C++programming language,and the software interface was visualized by Qt application framework.The calculation examples show that there is a small error between the calculated results of the software and those of offshore engineering finite element software OrcaFlex.The errors of the max von Mises stress and strain of the pipelines are less than 4%,which verifies the accuracy and reliability of the developed software.Moreover,the calculation can be completed within 10 s,greatly reducing the time cost.The software can be used to guide some scenarios of the installation and laying of offshore engineering pipelines.
