摘 要:采用FLUENT仿真技术模拟了消音罩隔筒长度和倾斜角度多工况下各截面的压差变化情况,且重点研究了外风扇优化前后两种方案的风量和各部位温升差异。通过应用噪声计算公式并结合噪声试验测试,对外风扇在优化前后的噪声水平进行了对比分析。研究数值表明优化后的外风扇导致外风路风量增加了5.2%,绕组平均温升降低了1.5 K,电机噪声降低了3 dB,为该类型电机的后续设计提供数据支撑和研讨方向。FLUENT simulation technology was used to simulate the pressure difference in various sections under multiple working conditions of the muffler cover cylinder length and tilt angle.The air volume and temperature rise differences of various parts before and after the optimization of the external fan were studied.By applying noise calculation formulas and combining the test results,the noise levels before and after the optimization of the external fan were compared and analyzed.It shows that the optimized external fan increased the external air path air volume by 5.2%,reduced the average winding temperature rise by 1.5 K,and reduced the motor noise by 3 dB.And it can provide data support and discussion direction for the subsequent motor design.
