摘  要:河钢集团矿业有限公司石人沟铁矿矿房底部出矿结构采用V字型堑沟和出矿进路,作为崩落矿石的堆存空间和大型无轨设备铲装矿石的通道,为减少对底柱的切割,提高矿体回采安全性,采用双侧堑沟和单侧进路布置方式。底部结构堑沟两侧留下矿柱,单个矿柱地质矿量在8000 t至10000 t,如不进一步回采会造成矿石资源损失。因此,为了回采堑沟两侧矿柱,避免资源损失,技术人员创新回采方式,对底部出矿结构堑沟两侧矿柱进行回采技术攻关研究。具体为,灵活利用281掘进台车对矿柱进行回采,同时科学留设间柱、顶柱和侧板立柱管控地压,确保施工安全,单个矿房可增加矿石回收10000 t,既充分利用了国家铁矿石资源,又为矿山生产创造了效益。The bottom mining structure of Shirengou Iron Mine of HBIS Mining Co.,Ltd.adopts V-shaped trench and mining access as the storage space for caved ores and the passage for large trackless equipment to shovel and load ores.In order to reduce the cutting of the bottom pillar and improve the safety of ore body mining,a double-sided trench and single-sided access layout is adopted.Pillars are left on both sides of the trench of the bottom structure.Mining pillars are left on both sides of the bottom structure trench and the geological ore volume of a single pillar is between 8,000 t and 10,000 t.If it is not further mined,it will cause ore resource loss.Therefore,in order to mine the pillars on both sides of the trench and avoid resource loss,the technicians innovate the mining method and conduct mining technology research on the pillars on both sides of the trench of the bottom mining structure.Specifically,the 281 mining jumbo is flexibly used to recover the pillars,and the intermediate pillars,top pillars and side plate pillars are scientifically set to control the ground pressure and ensure construction safety.A single stope room can increase ore recovery by 10,000 tons,this method not only fully utilizes the national iron ore resources,but also creates benefits for mine production.
