摘 要:为提升鞍千选矿厂的选矿效率,对弱磁选精矿开展了磁选试验研究,重点分析了磁感应强度和再磨细度等关键参数对磁选性能的影响。结果表明,弱磁选精矿中的磁铁矿和石英连生关系紧密,弱磁选精矿直接磁选最高可得62.81%的铁精矿品位;当细筛再磨细度达-0.038 mm占73.74%时,在160 mT的磁感应强度下,铁精矿品位可达70.41%,回收率高达93.90%。鞍千选矿厂的弱磁选精矿具有显著的可选性优势,为鞍千选矿厂工艺流程的优化提供了理论依据和技术指导。To improve the mineral processing efficiency of Anqian concentrator,magnetic separation tests were carried out on the weak magnetic concentrate,with a focus on analyzing the influence of key parameters such as magnetic induction intensity and regrinding fineness on the magnetic separation performance.The results indicate that there is a close intergrowth relationship between magnetite and quartz in the weak magnetic concentrate.Direct magnetic separation of this concentrate can achieve a maximum iron concentrate grade of 62.81%.When the fine screening regrinding fineness reaches 73.74%passing-0.038 mm,under a magnetic induction intensity of 160 mT,the iron concentrate grade can reach 70.41%,with a recovery rate as high as 93.90%.The weak magnetic concentrate from the Anqian concentrator exhibits significant advantages in separability,providing theoretical basis and technical guidance for the optimization of the process flow at the Anqian concentrator.
