摘 要:目前鞍山某磁性矿生产线塔磨溢流粒度为-325目92%,经过选别后可获得的精矿品位为66.5%,并不能满足碱性球团生产线原料品质(TFe>69%、SiO_(2)<3.5%)要求。为解决磁性矿生产线精矿品位低的问题,对原矿进行预选抛尾-一段磨矿选别作业,得到二磁精矿,再对二磁精矿进行细磨精选试验,结果表明:当细磨溢流粒度为-400目90%、淘洗机电流为0.9 A、上升水量为1.0 m^(3)/h时,可获得最终精矿品位为69.53%、产率35.66%、金属回收率80.76%,SiO_(2)含量为3.05%,尾矿品位为9.18%。该工艺为制备高品位铁精矿选别工艺优化和技术升级改造奠定基础和提供依据。At present,the overflow particle size of tower mills in a magnetic ore production line in Anshan is-325 mesh passing 92%.The concentrate grade obtained after separation is 66.5%,which cannot meet the requirements of the raw material quality(TFe>69%,SiO_(2)<3.5%)of the alkaline pellet production line.In order to solve the problem of low concentrate grade of the magnetic ore production line,the pre-concentration and tailings discarding-one-stage grinding and separation operation is carried out on the run of mine to obtain the secondary magnetic separation concentrates,and then fine grinding and separation tests are carried out on the secondary magnetic separation concentrates.The results show that when the fine grinding overflow particle size is-400 mesh passing 90%,elutriation machine current is 0.9 A,and the rising water volume is 1.0 m^(3)/h,the final concentrate grade is 69.53%,the yield is 35.66%,the metal recovery rate is 80.76%,the SiO_(2)content is 3.05%,and the tailings grade is 9.18%.This process lays the foundation and provides a basis for the optimization of the separation process and technical upgrading of the preparation of high-grade iron ore concentrate.
