摘  要:随着内蒙古某矿采矿方法变化和开采矿石量的增加,矿石贫化进一步加大,根据目前原矿供矿状况,针对原矿含废石量增加,影响选矿处理矿量和产量的问题,该矿研究应用磁选与光电智能分选联合抛废系统对矿石进行预先抛废处理来提高入选原矿品位,提高选矿处理能力,实现增产创收。该低铜高硫铜矿石原矿应用磁选与光电智能分选联合选别预先抛废试验结果良好,提高了选矿处理能力,降低了破碎磨矿成本,提高磨浮作业入选品位,延长尾矿库使用年限30%以上等,总计可创效及节省成本585万元/a。With the change of mining method and the increase in the quantity of the mined ore in a mine in Inner Mongolia,the ore dilution further increases.According to the current supply situation of the run of ore,in order to solve the problem of increasing amount of waste rock in the run of mine,which affects the beneficiation processing capacity and production,the application of a waste disposal system combining magnetic separation and photoelectric intelligent sorting to pre-discard the waste to improve the grade of run of mine for beneficiation and improve the beneficiation processing capacity,so as to achieve the increased production and revenue is studied.The test results of the application of the waste disposal system combining magnetic separation and photoelectric intelligent sorting to pre-discard the waste of a low-copper and high-sulfur copper ore are good.The beneficiation processing capacity is improved,the cost of crushing and grinding is reduced,the feed grade of grinding and flotation operations are improved,the service life of the tailings storage facility is extended by more than 30%,and a total of benefit and cost saving of 5.85 million yuan per year can be generated.
