摘  要:纳米技术的快速发展为纳米陶瓷球行业推广应用拓宽了道路,通过对尖山铁矿三段磨矿采用纳米陶瓷球代替钢球试验研究,最终确定在纳米陶瓷球径配比为25 mm:20 mm:15 mm=5:3:2,混合球径为21.5 mm,磨矿浓度为70%,充填率为38%的条件下,可改善磨矿效果,为降本增效提供新途径和新方法。The rapid development of nanotechnology has broadened the way for the promotion and application of nano ceramic balls in multiple industries.Experimental research is conducted on the use of nano ceramic balls to replace steel balls in the three-stage grinding of Jianshan iron ore.It is finally determined that under the conditions of nano ceramic ball diameter(25 mm:20 mm:15 mm)ratio of 5:3:2,mixed ball diameter of 21.5 mm,grinding concentration of 70%,and filling rate of 38%,the grinding effect can be improved,and provides new ways and methods for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
