摘  要:针对鄂州球团外购精铁,为了进一步优化球团的特性,分别采用石灰石、活性灰作为熔剂,探究了熔剂种类和添加量对球团预热球、成品球强度的影响规律及不同碱度球团冶金性能和成矿机理。试验结果表明:加入钙质熔剂后,球团预热强度呈下降的趋势,成品球强度随熔剂添加量的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势,在0.6~0.8碱度范围内达到最大,碱度超过0.8后,成品球强度降低较快。随着成品球碱度的提升,成品球中Fe_(2)O_(3)特征峰峰强减弱,SiO_(2)峰消失,这一现象表明有Si、Ca和部分Fe元素进入液相,形成硅酸盐液相。适量的液相有助于Fe^(3+)的迁移,促进Fe_(2)O_(3)的结晶长大。Iron concentrate is purchased in Ezhou pellet plant.In order to further optimize the characteristics of the pellets,limestone and activated lime are respectively used as fluxes to explore the influence laws of the types and addition amounts of the fluxes on the strength of preheated pellets and finished pellets,as well as the metallurgical properties and ore-forming mechanisms of the pellets with different basicities.The test results show that:after adding the calcium-based flux,the preheating strength of the pellets shows a downward trend.The strength of the finished pellets first increases and then decreases with the increase of the flux addition,and reaches the maximum within the basicity range of 0.6 to 0.8.When the basicity exceeds 0.8,the strength of the finished pellets decreases rapidly.With the increase of the basicity of the finished pellets,the peak intensity of the characteristic peak of Fe_(2)O_(3)in the finished pellets weakens,and the SiO_(2)peak disappears.This phenomenon indicates that Si,Ca and some Fe elements enter the liquid phase,forming a silicate liquid phase.An appropriate amount of the liquid phase is helpful for the migration of Fe^(3+)and promotes the crystallization and growth of Fe_(2)O_(3).
