摘 要:介绍了国内烧结机运行现状,尤其对困扰行业的烧结机台车在弯道内的起拱现象进行了深入剖析,分别对台车起拱现象的成因、产生的危害进行阐述,对台车在弯道内的受力情况进行详细计算、分析,并提出产生台车起拱现象的主因。最后通过对各大钢厂、研究院所提出的应对方案进行介绍和对比,并结合台车的受力情况提出了齿形调整的方案,而降低弯轨水平段的方案则是本文推崇的方案。The current operating status of sintering machines in China is introduced,the arching phenomenon of sintering machine pallets in curves that troubles the industry is analyzed in depth.The causes and hazards of the arching of pallets are explained respectively,and the stress conditions of the pallets in curves are calculated and analyzed in detail,and the main causes of the pallet arching phenomenon are proposed.Finally,the schemes proposed by major steel mills and research institutes are introduced and compared,and based on the stress conditions of the pallets,the scheme for adjusting the tooth shape of the toothed plate is proposed.The scheme for reducing the horizontal section of the curved rail is the scheme recommended in this paper.
