摘  要:为解决露天矿山扬尘较大、污染环境、影响生产等问题,针对汽车运输等作业机动灵活、尾气污染、排气扬尘等特点,分析了道路扬尘产生的原因和产生机理,通过研究确定生态抑尘因子和自适应智能生态抑尘技术工艺,同时进行工业试验进行效果验证,实现了高效抑尘与环保降本同时进行,生态抑尘剂与智能技术有机融合,达到高效、智能、生态抑尘的总体目标。Open-pit mines have large dust,which pollutes the environment and affects production.Vehicle transport and other operations are flexible and mobile but produces polluting exhaust and dust.In view of that,the causes and mechanisms of road dust are analyzed.Through research,ecological dust suppression factors and adaptive intelligent ecological dust suppression technology and processes are determined,and industrial tests are carried out to verify the effects.Efficient dust suppression and environmental cost reduction are achieved simultaneously,and ecological dust suppressants are organically integrated with intelligent technology to achieve the overall goal of efficient,intelligent,and ecological dust suppression.
