摘　　要：工程总承包已成为当前建设工程项目的主要管理模式。通过工程总承包单位的组织,业主可在最大程度上降低管理和经济成本,实现建设目标,分包单位得益于更专业、系统的管理也会实现更大收益,在这个过程中,总承包单位可在更大范围获得利润增长点,也承受着更大的风险。防控风险是实现合同价值的前提条件,基于此,立足于工程总承包项目的特性,分析和明确工程总承包项目法律风险防控的重要性和关键环节,旨在提高现阶段工程总承包项目合同管理水平,实现管理效益最大化。EPC has become the current main management model for construction projects.Through the organizing of the EPC contractor,the owner can reduce management and economic costs to the greatest extent and achieve construction goals.Subcontractors will also benefit from more professional and systematic management and achieve greater benefits.In this process,the EPC contractor can obtain profit growth points in a larger range and also bear greater risks.Risk prevention and control is a prerequisite for achieving the value of the contract.Therefore,based on the characteristics of EPC projects,the importance and key links of legal risk prevention and control of EPC projects are analyzed and clarified,aiming to improve the current level of contract management of EPC projects and maximize management benefits.
