摘　　要：在分析市县地震应急信息需求的基础上,基于地图API技术设计并开发针对市县在震后初期的快速应急产出软件,解决市县政府在震后应急处置中急需的“地震在哪儿、有多大影响、如何处置”等问题。该软件操作方便、产出速度快、针对性强,经多地实践应用,可提升市县地震应急工作的服务能力,具有较强的实用价值。Based on the analysis of the emergency information needs of cities and counties,the rapid emergency output software for cities and counties in the early post-earthquake period is designed and developed based on map API technology,which solves the urgent problems such as“where the earthquake is,how much impact it has and how to deal with it”in the post-earthquake emergency response of cities and counties.The software has the advantages of convenient operation,fast output speed and strong pertinence.Through many practical applications,it can effectively improve the service ability of earthquake emergency work in cities and counties,and has strong practical value.
