摘  要:目的通过综述二维纳米片/聚合物高阻隔复合材料的制备方法和性能,为高阻隔二维纳米片/聚合物复合材料的制备提供可靠依据和文献支撑。方法基于不同二维纳米材料的改性方法及应用场景,总结二维纳米材料与聚合物的复合方法,比较分析其阻隔效果,进而寻找符合应用要求的高阻隔二维纳米片/聚合物复合材料。结果二维纳米材料的种类不同,其物理特性和改性方法也不同;二维纳米片和聚合物的复合方法有很多种,形成的复合材料在阻隔性能和阻隔机制方面也存在较大差异。结论二维纳米材料/聚合物复合材料的阻隔性能由多个方面决定,包括二维纳米材料的形态和结构、分散特性及与聚合物基体的相容性等,这为高阻隔二维纳米片/聚合物复合材料的设计提供了思路和指导方法。The work aims to review the preparation methods and properties of two-dimensional nanosheet/polymer composites with high barrier properties to provide a reliable basis and literature support for the preparation of such composites.Based on the modification methods and application scenarios of different two-dimensional nanomaterials,the composite methods of two-dimensional nanomaterials and polymers were summarized,and their barrier effects were compared and analyzed to find high-barrier two-dimensional nanosheet/polymer composites that met application requirements.Different types of two-dimensional nanomaterials had different physical properties and modification methods.There were also various composite methods for two-dimensional nanosheets and polymers.The formed composites had significant differences in barrier properties and barrier mechanisms.In conclusion,the barrier properties of two-dimensional nanomaterial/polymer composites are determined by multiple aspects,including the morphology and structure of two-dimensional nanomaterials,dispersion characteristics,and compatibility with the polymer matrix.This provides ideas and guiding methods for the design of polymer composites with high barrier properties.
