摘 要:目的针对一种定位结构塑料包装箱体在铁路运输过程中可能发生的箱体滑动和翻转行为,评价其安全性。方法利用LS-DYNA动力学软件,建立定位结构弹药包装箱体承受车辆运行时的瞬间振动和冲击动力学有限元模型,分析列车紧急刹车、横向晃动、经过轨道接缝和编组挂车等载荷环境下定位结构全包装箱体的定位球抗剪强度和箱体动力学响应规律。结果列车以70 km/h速度正常行驶时,在纵向2g加速度紧急刹车、横向1.5g加速度晃动、经过钢轨接缝处产生瞬间1g垂直加速度冲击和编组挂车产生3g加速度冲击等工况条件下,定位结构凸球的强度均能满足设计要求。结论弹药包装箱体的定位结构方案能够承受运输过程中的相关振动和瞬间冲击载荷作用,定位结构凸球强度满足设计要求,定位箱体结构安全可靠。Aiming at the possible sliding and overturning behavior of a plastic packaging box with positioning structure during railway transportation,the work aims to evaluate the safety of the box.The finite element model of the instantaneous vibration and impact dynamics of ammunition packaging box with positioning structure when the train was running was established by LS-DYNA dynamics software.The shear strength and dynamic response of the positioning ball of the full packaging box with the positioning structure were analyzed under loads such as emergency braking,lateral shaking,passing through the track joints and trailer marshalling.At a normal speed of 70 km/h,the convex ball of the positioning structure still met the design strength requirements under conditions of 2g acceleration from longitudinal emergency braking,1.5g acceleration from lateral shaking,1g acceleration from vertical impact at track joints,and 3g acceleration from impact of marshalling trailers.The positioning structure scheme of the ammunition packing box can withstand the vibration and instantaneous impact,the positioning convex ball meets the strength requirements,and the positioning structure is safe and reliable.
